Cazuela Paisa – Symbol of Colombian Agriculture
Cazuela Paisa holds a significant place in Colombian culture and is one of the most famous dishes in the region. It is not just a dish but also carries cultural and social significance, representing the economic and agricultural diversity of the area. Cazuela Paisa originates from the Paisa region located in the Andes Mountains and is a personal serving version of the iconic national dish, Bandeja Paisa. With its rich and hearty ingredients, Cazuela Paisa perfectly reflects the culinary culture of the Andean residents. From fried pork belly and vegetable stewed beans to fried plantains, it incorporates a variety of proteins, vegetables, and grains. 來自哥倫比亞第二大城市麥德林,從小跟著媽媽學習了許多道地的烹飪方式,製作工法細膩,不錯過任何保持美味口感的小細節,常常煮出充滿umami的哥倫比亞美食給YK的夥伴們,Jana也是YK CLUB數一數二的大廚之一,廣受大家喜愛!
Jana hails from Medellín, the second-largest city in Colombia. From a young age, she learned many authentic cooking techniques from her mother. With her meticulous culinary skills, she never overlooks any small detail that contributes to the delicious taste. Jana often prepares mouthwatering Colombian dishes filled with umami for YK members. She is also recognized as one of the top chefs in the YK Club, earning widespread admiration from everyone!
