Mongolia, a country with a rich history, vast grasslands, and high plateaus covered in deserts, forms its unique geographical features. Mongolian cuisine and culture also reflect the lifestyle of nomadic tribes, particularly renowned for its red and white food traditions. In this workshop, we will introduce Mongolia and delve into its fascinating culture, starting with the well-known dish “Mongolian milk tea Dumpling(Banshtai).” Let’s embark on a journey to explore this captivating nation!

蒙古的奶茶不只是茶,它是一道菜
煮蒙古水餃奶茶時,主廚Baaska說:「煮這道菜會讓我想起在蒙古的週末,和家人聚在一起的日子,吃這道菜的時候,感覺就是要一家人坐下來一起聊天。」
在台灣,以珍珠奶茶聞名世界,在蒙古,小米水餃(班斯泰)奶茶被列入UNESCO(聯合國教科文組織)可持續食品食譜的清單中!他們會在奶茶放包肉的水餃和小米,是不是很好奇究竟是什麼口味呢?奶茶水餃不只是溫暖蒙古人心,令人驚嘆的菜餚,它的營養豐富、美味可口、飽足,尤其適合在寒冷的日子享用。老年遊牧民族還認為,七個水餃的奶茶可以治療任何疾病。
料理內含有:大麥仁粉、羊肉、牛肉、麵粉、牛奶、大蒜、茶、鹽
Mongolian milk tea is more than just tea; it’s a dish.
While cooking Mongolian dumpling milk tea, Chef Baaska said, “Making this dish takes me back to weekends in Mongolia, where I’d gather with my family. Eating it feels like a time for family to sit together and chat.”
While Taiwan is famous for its bubble milk tea, in Mongolia, Banshtai is included in the UNESCO list of sustainable food recipes! They add meat-filled dumplings and millet to their milk tea. Curious about its unique flavor? Milk tea dumplings are not just a heartwarming and amazing dish for Mongolians; they find it rich in nutrients, delicious, and filling, especially on cold days. Elderly nomadic people even believe that seven dumplings of Banshtai can cure any illness.
The dish contains: barley flour, mutton, beef, flour, milk, garlic, tea, salt.

我們的體驗製作活動著重於「與當地人或主講者的交流」,以及「大家一起準備餐桌的氛圍」。
就像和當地人一起在家中準備當天的晚餐一樣,每個人會分工準備,但我們並「不特別強調料理的學習」。
這與專業料理課程有所不同,專業課程更注重教導料理的製作技巧。如果您對學習如何製作異國料理有興趣,我們也有其他的料理課程供您選擇,或者您也可以隨時與我們聯絡!
What’s the difference between “Hands-on Experience” and a “Professional Cooking Class”?
In our hands-on experience events, the focus is on “interacting with local people or instructors” and creating a warm atmosphere of “preparing the table together.”
It’s similar to preparing a dinner with locals in their homes, where each person has different tasks, but we “do not specifically emphasize learning cooking skills.”
This is different from a professional cooking class, which places more emphasis on teaching the techniques of cooking. If you are interested in learning how to cook international cuisine, we have other cooking classes available for you to choose from, or you can always contact us anytime!”
體驗製作活動主要著重於讓參與者深入體驗當地文化,品嚐特色的異國美食。因此,現場並沒有像專業料理課程那樣的專業廚房,還請見諒。
The experiential cooking activity focuses primarily on providing participants with an immersive experience of local culture and the taste of unique international cuisines. Therefore, please understand that the venue does not have a professional kitchen like in a culinary course.

來自蒙古國戈壁阿爾泰省,在成長歷程中,經常於暑假時和親戚一同居住在蒙古包中,因此深刻理解遊牧民族的生活習慣和獨特文化,這樣的成長背景讓她對蒙古文化充滿熱情,並希望更多台灣人看到蒙古的美麗特別之處。
Baaska從小就跟隨家人學習蒙古料理,能夠煮出一手道地美味的蒙古菜餚,更令人驚嘆的是,Baaska對奶製品特殊的專業技能,讓她能夠從牛奶中手工提煉製作各種珍貴且獨特的奶製品。也因此,在台灣,Baaska創立了BK乳製品,將她對食材和烹飪的熱愛融入手工製作的白食乳製品中。這些產品不僅充滿蒙古的家鄉風味,還帶有營養豐富且獨具特色的特殊口感,每一口都是一種獨特的享受!
Baaska hails from the Altai Province in Mongolia. During her upbringing, she frequently stayed in traditional Mongolian yurts with her relatives during summer vacations. This experience has provided her with a profound understanding of the nomadic lifestyle and unique culture of the Mongolian people. Such a background has ignited her passion for Mongolian culture, and she hopes to introduce the beauty and distinctiveness of Mongolia to more Taiwanese people.
From a young age, Baaska has been learning Mongolian cuisine from her family, becoming skilled in preparing authentic and delicious Mongolian dishes. What’s even more impressive is her special expertise in dairy products, enabling her to handcraft various precious and unique dairy items extracted directly from milk. As a result, she founded BK Dairy in Taiwan, infusing her love for ingredients and cooking into the handcrafted dairy products. These products not only carry the flavors of her Mongolian hometown but also offer rich nutrients and distinctive textures, making every bite a truly unique and delightful experience!
