關於夏日冷湯 About Okroshka
說到夏天,怎麼能少了充滿氣泡爽感的夏日冷湯:Okróshka(俄語:окро́шка)!這是一道非常經典且受歡迎的夏日冷湯,據說起源於俄羅斯伏爾加地區,在前蘇聯國家都可以看到這道湯的蹤影。
湯品主要是由生蔬菜(如黃瓜、小蘿蔔和青蔥)、煮熟的馬鈴薯、雞蛋、熟肉(如牛肉、小牛肉、香腸或火腿)和kvass(一種由發酵黑麥或黑麥麵包製成的低酒精飲料)混合而成。通常還會加上酸奶油(smetana)作為裝飾。後來在蘇聯時期出現的改良版本則使用淡化或稀釋的開菲爾、乳清、艾蘭飲品或礦泉水代替了kvass。
由於這款湯結合了kvass的清爽口感和沙拉的輕盈口感,因此通常在夏季享用。根據個人口味,可以另外加入鹽或糖。
When it comes to summer, you can’t miss the refreshing and bubbly Okróshka! This is a highly classic and popular cold soup, said to have originated in the Volga region of Russia, and can be found in many former Soviet countries.
The soup is primarily made with raw vegetables (such as cucumbers, radishes, and spring onions), boiled potatoes, eggs, cooked meat (such as beef, veal, sausages, or ham), and kvass (a low-alcoholic beverage made from fermented black or rye bread). It is usually garnished with sour cream (smetana). In later versions that emerged during the Soviet era, light or diluted kefir, whey, ayran, or mineral water were used as substitutes for kvass.
Due to its combination of the refreshing taste of kvass and the lightness of a salad, Okróshka is commonly enjoyed during the summer. Additional salt or sugar can be added according to personal preference.

就像和當地人一起在家中準備當天的晚餐一樣,每個人會分工準備,但我們並「不特別強調料理的學習」。

What’s the difference between “Hands-on Experience” and a “Professional Cooking Class”?
In our hands-on experience events, the focus is on “interacting with local people or instructors” and creating a warm atmosphere of “preparing the table together.”
It’s similar to preparing a dinner with locals in their homes, where each person has different tasks, but we “do not specifically emphasize learning cooking skills.”
This is different from a professional cooking class, which places more emphasis on teaching the techniques of cooking. If you are interested in learning how to cook international cuisine, we have other cooking classes available for you to choose from, or you can always contact us anytime!”
體驗製作活動主要著重於讓參與者深入體驗當地文化,品嚐特色的異國美食。因此,現場並沒有像專業料理課程那樣的專業廚房,還請見諒。
The experiential cooking activity focuses primarily on providing participants with an immersive experience of local culture and the taste of unique international cuisines. Therefore, please understand that the venue does not have a professional kitchen like in a culinary course.
我們的活動主要旨在讓大家嚐到台灣罕見或難以品味到的異國料理。由於這些異國料理所需的食材通常價格較高,我們將提供適量的份量,以讓您能夠充分體驗這些特別的美食。然而,無法保證每位參加者都能吃飽,請您諒解這一點。我們期待您能享受這次獨特的美食體驗。
Our event is primarily aimed at allowing everyone to taste rare or hard-to-find foreign cuisines in Taiwan. Since the ingredients used in these foreign dishes are typically higher in cost, we will provide an appropriate portion size to ensure that you can fully experience these special delicacies. However, we cannot guarantee that every participant will be able to eat to their full satisfaction, and we ask for your understanding in this regard. We look forward to you enjoying this unique culinary experience.
這不是一家餐廳,也不是專業料理課程,而是一個邀請您走進外國人的家中,一同烹飪、一同享用食物的獨特體驗。我們將像當地人一樣熱情地歡迎來家裡作客的您,而不是提供傳統餐廳的服務,因此請見諒現場無法提供餐廳式的服務。
This is not a restaurant, nor is it a professional cooking class; it’s a unique experience that invites you into the homes of locals to cook and share a meal together. We will warmly welcome you as if you were a local guest in our home, rather than providing traditional restaurant services. Therefore, please understand that we won’t be able to offer restaurant-style service on-site.

Anna
來自西伯利亞的Anna,跟著媽媽和烏克蘭奶奶一起從小烹飪,煮出一手美味又道地的家庭料理,喜歡用美食帶大家認識世界不同的一面。
已有數年在YK和坊間大學多次舉辦異國料理工作坊的經驗,廣受學生喜愛,曾經在台北科技大學、淡江大學俄文系、基金會開設過課程,並受邀上知名廚藝節目「廚娘香Q秀」。
Anna from Siberia grew up cooking with her mother and Ukrainian grandmother, mastering delicious and authentic family recipes. She enjoys using food to introduce people to different aspects of the world.
With several years of experience conducting international cooking workshops at YK and various universities, Anna has been well-loved by students. She has taught courses at Taipei University of Technology, Tamkang University’s Russian Department, and foundation programs. Additionally, she was invited to appear on the popular cooking show “Kitchen Queen’s Fragrant & Q Show.”
