關於小鳥舌頭湯 About Tunisian soup
小鳥的舌頭?聽到名字時,一定充滿好奇!來自突尼西亞的小鳥舌頭湯,小鳥舌頭得名於湯品內使用的麵,由於外觀與小鳥的舌頭相似,當地的大人會騙小孩子,開玩笑說是小鳥舌頭,但其實裡面沒有小鳥舌頭
湯品內多樣的香料加上長時間的燉煮,這道湯充滿了北非的風味!
含有:
雞、辣椒、孜然、薑黃、鹽、黑胡椒、香菜籽、香菜、蔥、橄欖油
紅椒粉、茴香、芹菜、洋蔥、蒜頭、小麥、橄欖油、葵花油、番茄
附註:由於製作時間有限,本次湯品將使用半成品和觀看的方式烹飪,體驗製作部分以製作突尼希亞熱沙拉為主。
Bird’s tongue? It certainly piques curiosity when you hear the name! Bird’s tongue soup from Tunisia gets its name from the noodles used in the soup, which resemble the shape of a bird’s tongue. It’s a playful joke by adults to deceive children, but there are no actual bird’s tongues in the soup.
This soup is full of North African flavors, thanks to a variety of spices and long simmering time.
Ingredients: Chicken, chili, cumin, turmeric, salt, black pepper, coriander seeds, cilantro, scallions, olive oil Paprika, fennel, celery, onions, garlic, wheat, olive oil, sunflower oil, tomato
Note: Due to limited preparation time, the soup will be cooked using partially prepared ingredients and demonstrated for observation. The focus of the experience will mainly be on making Tunisian hot salad.
常見問題 Q&A
湯品微辣,主要辣源來自「哈薩里醬」和「胡椒粉」,如果怕辣可以調整哈薩里醬的量,但是完全不加就少了突尼西亞味!所以建議還是要加一些呦!
The soup is mildly spicy, with the main source of spiciness coming from harissa sauce and pepper powder. If you’re afraid of spiciness, you can adjust the amount of harissa sauce, but omitting it completely would result in a lack of Tunisian flavor! Therefore, it is recommended to add some!

What’s the difference between “Hands-on Experience” and a “Professional Cooking Class”?
In our hands-on experience events, the focus is on “interacting with local people or instructors” and creating a warm atmosphere of “preparing the table together.”
It’s similar to preparing a dinner with locals in their homes, where each person has different tasks, but we “do not specifically emphasize learning cooking skills.”
This is different from a professional cooking class, which places more emphasis on teaching the techniques of cooking. If you are interested in learning how to cook international cuisine, we have other cooking classes available for you to choose from, or you can always contact us anytime!”
體驗製作活動主要著重於讓參與者深入體驗當地文化,品嚐特色的異國美食。因此,現場並沒有像專業料理課程那樣的專業廚房,還請見諒。
The experiential cooking activity focuses primarily on providing participants with an immersive experience of local culture and the taste of unique international cuisines. Therefore, please understand that the venue does not have a professional kitchen like in a culinary course.
