關於千層沙拉蛋糕 About Layered Salad
Salads play a significant role in many former Soviet countries, with over a hundred different varieties, and the list keeps growing. If a table is filled with various salads, especially layered salads, it signifies a celebration or special occasion.
陽光鳳梨起司雞千層沙拉|Sunny Cheese
這是一道近代新創的千層沙拉,內餡以鳳梨、起司、雞肉和俄式美乃滋為主。這獨特的口感令它倍受歡迎,外層裝飾可以隨心所欲地打造,能夠為各種節慶或聚會增色添歡樂的完美選擇。
(當天製作以蛋糕造型為主,可加購透明碗做碗盤的選項)。
This is a modern and innovative layered salad, featuring pineapple, cheese, chicken, and mayonnaise as the main fillings. Its unique taste makes it highly popular, and the outer decoration can be customized according to your preference, making it a perfect choice for adding joy and celebration to various festivals and gatherings.
(For the workshop, we will focus on creating a cake-shaped presentation, with an option to purchase transparent bowls for serving).

In this workshop, you will experience the process of stacking and decorating the layered salad, while also gaining in-depth knowledge about the rich variety of salads through a presentation.

2) 堆疊、裝飾千層沙拉蛋糕
Stacking and Decorating the Layered Salad Cake
註:因時間有限,我們將會先準備一部分的食材和半成品,以便學員有更多時間專注於裝飾的步驟。
Note: Due to time constraints, we will prepare some ingredients and semi-finished products in advance to allow participants more time to focus on the decorating process.

約6-8吋的千層沙拉蛋糕
- 沙拉主要內容物:雞肉、起司、玉米、鳳梨、蛋、俄式美乃滋。
- 冷藏保存可放約3~5天。
- 依照每個人當下的作法會有些微差異
- 使用碗盛裝需額外加購玻璃碗
Approximately 6-8 inches layered salad cake.
- Main ingredients: chicken, cheese, corn, pineapple, eggs, Russian-style mayonnaise.
- Can be refrigerated and stored for about 3-5 days.
- There may be slight variations in the preparation process for each individual.

來自西伯利亞的Anna,跟著媽媽和烏克蘭奶奶一起從小烹飪,煮出一手美味又道地的家庭料理,喜歡用美食帶大家認識世界不同的一面。
已有數年在YK和坊間大學多次舉辦異國料理工作坊的經驗,廣受學生喜愛,曾經在台北科技大學、淡江大學俄文系、基金會開設過課程,並受邀上廚藝節目「廚娘香Q秀」。
Anna from Siberia grew up cooking with her mother and Ukrainian grandmother, mastering delicious and authentic family recipes. She enjoys using food to introduce people to different aspects of the world.
With several years of experience conducting international cooking workshops at YK and various universities, Anna has been well-loved by students. She has taught courses at Taipei University of Technology, Tamkang University’s Russian Department, and foundation programs. Additionally, she was invited to appear on the popular cooking show “Kitchen Queen’s Fragrant & Q Show.”
